Sean “Diddy” Combs is apologizing for the recently surfaced 2026 security video aired by CNN that appears to show him attacking singer Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016. He said his behavior was “inexcusable” and he takes “full responsibility” for his actions.
The hip-hop mogul took to social media on Sunday to apologize for the alleged attack and said in a video on Instagram he is “disgusted” by his actions. KEEP READING
MY THOUGHTS: I believe Diddy may be on the verge of a breakthrough and redemption, as long as he seeks God’s forgiveness, correction, and direction. Sometimes, in order to humble ourselves before God and seek Him, we must first hit rock bottom. Clearly, he hit rock bottom a long time ago. My prayer for him is that he draws nearer to God, heals, and then uses his platform to help heal the people and communities he has hurt.
Cassie, thank you for your strength in telling your truth. I believe you will inspire others like yourself to come forward, bring their abusers to justice, and seek the help they need to heal. My prayer for Cassie is the same: to take this time to draw near to God and seek Jesus Christ for strength and healing.
2024 may be the year where gatekeepers are exposed, brought to justice, and the entertainment world is reexamined and restructured. What goes on in the dark always comes to the light—always.
